Hello Everyone

Yesterday saw the 3 "Markets" finish in the "Green" after the Crude Oil Inventories report give that "feel good effect" again.

With 4 reports due at 1.30pm (BST), and the US. Unemployment Claims being the only one that is "Forecast" to get us down a bit, another wrong prediction by the "experts" in favor of the "Greens" could push one or more "markets" into record territory again.

Close of trading:

The Dow Jones Global Indexes: 16867.51 +49.38 (+0.29%)

Nasdaq Composite Index: 4379.76 +29.40 (+0.68%)

The S&P 500 Index: 1959.53 +9.55 (+0.49%)

Gold ended the day (Wednesday) slightly up at 1318.76 due mainly to the weak US. economy data earlier in the day.

Current price: 1310.55

Hello Everyone

Yesterdays "Markets" closed in the "Red" after James Bullard (President of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis) said that improving economy and rising price pressures suggest interest-rate increases should come sooner rather than later.

Two (feel good) data reports at 2.55pm (BST) Revised UoM Consumer Sentiment + Revised UoM Inflation Expectations could point the "markets" in the right direction.

Close of trading:

The Dow Jones Global Indexes: 16846.13 -21.38 (-0.13%)

Nasdaq Composite Index: 4379.05 -0.71 (-0.02%)

The S&P 500 Index: 1957.22 -2.31 (-0.12%)

Gold ended down yesterday (1316.31) after upbeat US. Unemployment Claims data and weaker crude oil prices sent prices tumbling at one point to 1306.15.

Current price: 1318.35

Hello Everyone

Things (records) could really take off this week on the "Markets", despite the lack of feel good "US" economic data, with the start of major reports of the second-quarter earnings season commencing on Tuesday.

Close of trading:

The Dow Jones Global Indexes: 17068.26 +92.02 (+0.54%)

Nasdaq Composite Index: 4485.93 +28.19 (+0.63%)

The S&P 500 Index: 1985.44 +10.82 (+0.55%)

Gold finished its "Weekly" task on the "up" side, despite its desire to drop after the strong jobs data released on Thursday. Tensions in Iraq and on the borders between Russia and the Ukraine could hold the key to which way the price will go in the near future.
