Stay away from this broker!!! ...didn`t even got my deposit back...

I was trading with SchatzMarket since the beginning of 2022 and made quite a bit of profit of just over 11000usd
I was submitting a withdrawal request about 4 times but they didn`t proceed with my request, they rejected it every time without any reason... my money are still in my wallet and my mt4 accounts
Tried to get in contact with them on a few occasions and emailed them but no reply; One of the worst experience I had with a forex broker
