Withheld all customer funds and disappeared

The scam apparently ended its activities in January/2023, once its trading platforms and call centre were deactivated. The fake brokerage withheld the credit of all customer portfolios that had balances.
Several lawsuits were filed since February with the Brazilian courts claiming the money stolen and including intermediary financial companies colluding with the criminal organization BBNext Limited as defendants in the lawsuit.
Unfortunately, I was a very beginner in Forex and CFD operations, my interest in the broker was that they offered training in technical analysis, low swap and almost zero spread.
I didn't try to find out about the righteousness of the company, after I couldn't make any withdrawals, I went to search on sites specializing in evaluations and case law consultation, and then I realized that I had fallen into a scam.
