Najeeb, you said yourself he asked for more money to increase your balance and you gave him your debit card, this is called oral contract:

He then asked for more funds to increase profits. I provided my debit card (visa electron) and he withdrew 97000USD in 10,000USD shots.
until i called the bank and asked them to cancel the card.

Yet, this is an unethical behavior by them if what you say is true.
Don't get offended, but personally Najeeb I think you did a big mistake here. You were greedy and didn't look about the whole picture, also I feel there is a big part of the story missing.

Looking in their website for regulation I found the following:

Now this is a misleading, they are not regulated all this is nothing but empty words.

What can you do is the following:

1. According to most of the credit card companies terms, you are able to make a chargeback within 6 months after the payment, therefore I suggest this will be your first step.
2. As they claim they are in UK, you may file a complaint through the FSA/FCA, here is a video to help you with that: How to make a complaint
3. Invite them to join this thread and answer
4.Next time before you trade with any company you better make a background check. You worked hard for your money, so work hard also to keep it

This is an email received from them claiming that they are registered under FSA etc.
When the details got checked, the FSA registration number quoted is for a company called XFR Financial Ltd based in cyprus. This can be checked form public records. Hence it is also believed that all the other details are FALSE.

This is a lie and misleading.
If you go to the cysec site looking for all the regulated firms: Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission
you will not find them, but looking on 03/004 you will find another broker: Winsdor and this is not the same company
When you fill the complaints make sure you add this, also make sure that HFX guys will see this post

Yes, i just got of the phone with Windsor Brokers. They mentioned speaking to you eddiger (Thank you ). They provided me with an email/link that shows their registration. (They need your email address too, they were trying to send you the same link too.) They have nothing to do with HFX !!

I searched also in the FSA and License No. 528662 belongs to another company called: XFR Financial LTD (Forex and Currency Trading with World's Best - XForex.com)
Next time Najeeb make this backfround check before depositing. As for this one, contact Xforex and inform them that HFX are using their license number to boost sales. Also here make sure you inform HFX about this post.
I really hope this will make enough pressure on them to pay your money back.
