Problem OctaFX withdrawal issue

Hi it has come to my understanding that octafx is no longer a reliable broker when it comes to withdrawals. I requested for a withdrawal yesterday via bitcoin and the transfer was supposed to be done within 3 hours and I've waited for 24 hours now with no resolve to my issue. This happened to me 2 weeks back with the same issue with them taking forever for their withdrawals. My account number is 23609270 and request ID is W15591732 in the amount of $500 USD. I guess this is my final draw with them and I will change broker. Any suggestions for good brokers with fast withdrawals who take Canadian clients?

If they don't have a licence to legally operate in Canada you won't be able to withdraw. Don't take their word for it that they are licenced in Canada, you need to verify it with the relevant Canadian securities authority.

I am having the same problem, made withdrawal on Thursday and today is Saturday still no update about my withdrawal, all they say is technical delays
