Status is shown as processed but money is not credited. I followed up with each OctaFX representative and I got the same message that their finance team is looking into the matter. Requested a bank statement, and I have sent it. No other progress or updates. even the withdrawal was rejected. then I requested a withdrawal, and the status returned to pending. please help
