Problem OCTA FX PROBLEM WITHDRAWAL

Status is shown as processed but money is not credited. I followed up with each OctaFX representative and I got the same message that their finance team is looking into the matter. Requested a bank statement, and I have sent it. No other progress or updates. even the withdrawal was rejected. then I requested a withdrawal, and the status returned to pending. please help

My withdrawal was rejected, even though it was previously possible. Now every time I make a withdrawal it will be pending and eventually cancelled. Cannot Withdraw. he asked for a bank account mutation, I gave it. but still no further response, just told to wait. the result remains the same. is OctaFX a scam broker?

Did you send the statement with all the deposit you have made as they asked?
