I have been seeing octaFX being advertised by many celebrities and influencers in Singapore. But now I am seeing similarities in how my withdrawal requests are being responded to, as compared to other OctaFX posts here.
I do understand that withdrawal may take some time but the answers about the finance department stilI processing, are frightening.
I have also read on various other complaints, and its giving similar vibes to my case. Funds not being able to withdraw and leading to account getting closed without explaination.
My trading account is 100163739, with an existing balance of $24124.12.
The Customer service Team have processed a $2000 SGD REFUND due to “not using my personal card” for deposits. I did not know about the policies and have thus used my fiancé’s card for deposit and have been deposited smoothly.
Currently $2000 SGD is still processing withdrawal
I have then deposited with my own card Via VISA for further processing of withdraw of profits.

i have been trying to withdraw my funds since 18 June 2024, with the following:
1219 USD - W15478375 (18june)
10000 USD - W15478466 (18june)
REASON FOR REJECTION :
Credit card(s) photos required prior to withdrawal Credit card(s) photos required prior to withdrawal.
To transfer your funds, send to our Customer Support a photo of your credit card where 4 last digits of the number, the cardholder name, and the signature on the back can be easily read. Then create new withdrawal request.
Which i have followed their instructions and contacted the support. Send them the proofs. And verified my card.
RETRIES :
19000 USD - W15492931 (20 JUNE)
18518 USD - W15511581 (20 JUNE)
REJECTED DUE TO THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
Credit card(s) photos required prior to withdrawal Credit card(s) photos required prior to withdrawal.
To transfer your funds, send to our Customer Support a photo of your credit card where 4 last digits of the number, the cardholder name, and the signature on the back can be easily read. Then create new withdrawal request.
Same reason again
So i contacted Support again and did the same process.
Another attempt :

REJEFTED DUE TO THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

And were all rejected, due to the same reasons.

After much back and forth verification and im fearing that my withdrawal wouldnt be successful.
im right now seeking FPA to help me.
I want to do anything i can to facilitate the prompt withdrawal of my funds, currently $21,124 USD
